Key Account Manager Spain
Trina Tracker is seeking a Key Account Manager in Spain to manage key accounts and expand business opportunities across Spain and European countries.
Responsibilities
* Continuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales coverage of the company in Spain and European countries and providing strong service to the new and existing accounts
* Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the company’s sales plan in Spain and European countries
* Proactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region
* Identify and develop key accounts in the Spain and European countries markets. Negotiate and follow up of contracts
* Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all the key accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company’s related internal departments
* Communicate with customers on issues relating to their upcoming projects
* Coordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of tracker solution, and advise customers of delivery status
* Maintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities
* Analyze and monitor account customer data, and develop reports on a regular basis based on customer information and development trends
* Ensure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the Regional Director on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
* Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences
* Stay up to date with market information, including competitors, customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements
* Perform rolling forecast activities
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of previous experience within a similar role in an international PV sector
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil, industrial engineering, or business administration
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers
* Proactive self-starter and problem solver
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Innovative, dynamic and thrives under an ever-changing market
* Self‑motivated and able to effectively manage one’s time
