The Role
Support in the GTM strategy framework creation, gathering information and feedback from markets, consolidating launches feedback, analyzing the competition across the EMEA. Running reports to understand the business evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect key feedback from markets and consolidate.
- Assist in the implementation of brand and regional plans.
- Support Regional Marketing team to create GTM for key projects (Hair Color projects)
- Monitor and evaluate NPD performance across the region
- Monthly tracking of main marketing KPIs
- Collaborate with markets communication, meetings and development of regional actions
- Participate in digital media planning with the markets
- Monitor regional projects and analysis of competition
- Follow-up on markets performance, e.G. best practices.
Experience, Education & Skills
- Students of ADE / Marketing - Digital Marketing / Finance
- Office, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
- English C1 - C2
- Any other language will be appreciated

An organized, proactive, analytical person with ease and eagerness to learn.
