Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee business development and commercial operations for photonic integration services.
2. Investigate and find photonic integration options, including technical examination and assessment.
3. Manage customer accounts and oversee project management tasks.
4. Attend conferences, exhibits, workshops, and online activities on behalf of VLC Photonics.
5. Provide frequent updates on market trends, sales performance, and revenue projections.
What we are looking for:
1. PhD in Optics, Photonics, Opto-electronics, or a related field.
2. Strong experience in business development and selling engineering services.
3. Familiarity with project management and customer interfacing.
4. Strong communication skills to lead and prepare the project proposal with the internal technical team.
