For an important client in the leisure industry, we are setting up a nurture program aimed at targeted and potential holiday-home owners and property management companies across Europe and beyond. The program will utilize various communication channels, including direct mail, social and digital advertising, email communications, telemarketing, and digital selling.
We are seeking an Outbound Telemarketing Agent with French language skills to perform telemarketing profiling, digital selling, relationship nurturing, and lead development through multi-channel and tele-only strategies. Tele-only activities will include one-on-one outreach and follow-up via phone and email.
As an Outbound Telemarketing Agent, you will become a product expert, representing the company by creating a positive first impression and delivering a world-class experience to new prospects.
This role suits individuals who are competitive, target-driven, and capable of exceeding expectations. You will enjoy reaching out to prospects, initiating conversations, and building relationships.
Responsibilities include:
* Conducting tele-profiling, desktop research, relationship nurturing, and lead development.
* Executing multi-channel and tele-only outreach strategies, including one-on-one follow-up via phone and email.
* Engaging with a variety of new business contacts, including holiday-home owners and property managers.
* Becoming a product and offer expert, learning strategies to communicate value effectively.
* Clearly articulating business decision drivers and benefits to position the product/offer as a strategic advantage.
* Participating in regular team meetings and proactively sharing insights and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in French (verbal and written).
* Strong English skills for system navigation and communication, as all training and team interactions will be in English.
* Excellent customer service, cold calling, and data entry skills.
* Strong verbal communication and listening skills over the phone.
* Ability to build rapport, identify key needs, and propose solutions.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible attitude with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
* Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRMs, and online resources.
* Successful experience in outbound telemarketing demand generation.
Preferred (Not Required):
* 1-3 years of B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-centric roles.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and SalesLoft or Outreach is a plus.
