Technical Lead .MAIN TASKS:
Support sales and functional teams in assigned accounts with technical knowledge of solutions:
solution design, estimation, and assumptions.Assist the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in providing technical leadership, leveraging comprehensive platform knowledge to meet project requirements.Identify and communicate risks related to project/client profitability from a technical perspective.Ensure project progress aligns with scope, schedule, and budget, alerting managers to deviations.Achieve technical objectives of projects and ensure adherence to Omega's quality standards.Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.Participate in project demos and ensure delivery of technical documentation.Contribute to the development and training of the technical team, enhancing their skills.Identify opportunities for technical Up & Cross Selling.Suggest methodological improvements for the technical team.Engage in Omega's community of practice, providing leadership, training, and mentorship.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years involved in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.Com implementations.Experience as a Salesforce.Com developer.Knowledge of modules:
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.Experience with agile methodologies.Proficiency in English at a high level.WHAT WE OFFER:
