What you will do:
In this role, you will lead the team to ensure seamless service and guest well-being while proactively managing reservations, welcoming guests with an outgoing personality, and providing expert culinary guidance to create memorable 'wow' experiences that align with hotel standards and drive financial success.
Main responsibilities:
- Sales & Profitability: Drive proactive upselling and cross-selling within the team and promote in-house services (SPA, Room Service, etc.) to maximize revenue and departmental profit.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee accurate billing and payments, ensure meticulous shift closing procedures, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment by managing tools and materials responsibly.
- Guest Experience & VIP Care: Provide a warm welcome to all guests, take full responsibility for VIPs and special requirements (elderly, children), and handle reservations or complaints with a "wow" service mindset.
- Team Leadership: Lead daily briefings to communicate specials and menu changes, ensuring the team is aligned to meet guest expectations and maintain high service standards.
- Quality Control & Coordination: Collaborate with Sales and F&B; managers for event setups, communicate precise order details to the kitchen, and verify the presentation and quality of every dish before service.

- Ability to communicate in Spanish/English.
