We are South Europe Technologies (SET Iberia), the IT, Data and Operations Shared Service Center of BNP Paribas Personal Finance, with delivery centers in Spain and Portugal. We provide the best solutions to BNPP PF entities worldwide, including Cetelem, a specialist in financial partnership for major retailers, consumer goods companies, and car dealerships.

Our offices are in Madrid, Lisbon, and Porto. We have over 200 employees with expertise in Java, .Net, Python, Tibco, APIGee and various operational roles.
Missions
- Act as the main point of contact for new and current IT customers (BNPP Personal Finance entities).
- Plan, organize, and execute action plans related to IT customer satisfaction.
- Ensure correct governance as requested by the Group with customers.
Main Responsibilities
Onboarding of new clients
- Design and review the services catalogue and application portfolio.
- Review current services and provide the best commercial definition.
- Participate and support the delivery team in identifying up‑sales or evolutions of services.
- Facilitate the identification of new services with internal actors and clients.
- Actively present the current services catalogue to existing or potential clients.
- Facilitate sales workshops to identify client needs.
- Define new services business cases with involved actors.
- Support preparation of articles for newsletters with communication specialists.
Contracting
- Support the preparation of new contracted services with the Legal team.
After Sales
- Collect customer reviews and surveys via quarterly and annual surveys, prepare analysis of results, and elaborate initial solutions.
- Work with Delivery Managers and others to build and launch action plans.
- Facilitate problem identification sessions and manage action plans to solve client issues.
- Maintain transparency for client processes (service request, incident solving, contract management, SLA monitoring).
- Define and maintain client dashboards with all relevant information.
- Prepare and facilitate Client Committees.
- Organize client visits.
- Act as a single point of contact for SET in front of the client.
- Facilitate a good relationship between the client and all SET actors.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in IT international companies.
- Minimum 3 years proven success in IT Business Relationship Management, Business Analyst, or Project Management roles in complex, international environments.
- Proactive, self‑managed task execution and confident collaboration with senior managers, CIOs, and SET partners.
- Engagement in day‑to‑day activities.
- Transformational mindset focused on excellence.
- Analytical and diagnostic skills for ambiguous or contradictory issues.
Skills / IT Tools
- Communication skills – oral & written.
- Client focused.
- Proactivity.
- Advanced user of the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote).
Languages
- Fluent English (required).
- Fluent Spanish and/or French.
- Other European languages highly appreciated.
