In this role you lead and develop a high-performing SDP team to fuel pipeline across Gartner’s sales regions. You will coach early-career associates while shaping outreach programs and aligning training with sales leadership. You play a key part in accelerating associate growth and driving collaboration with frontline sellers and learning teams. This is a mission-driven opportunity to scale talent, uphold Gartner’s values, and influence how the sales organization delivers client impact.

• Lead, coach and develop a team of SDP associates
• Drive outreach strategy and execution across new and existing accounts
• Partner with front-line Sales leaders and quota-bearing sellers to support SDP pipeline generation and client engagement

Responsabilidades
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in sales, talent development, or performance coaching
• 1+ years of Gartner Sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and motivational skills

• Experience managing staff productivity and incentive campaigns
