Responsibilities:

* Order Fulfillment Management: Oversee the daily operation of customer orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
* Database Management: Collect customer reports and maintain data accuracy through consistent tracking.
* Dashboard Management: Update various dashboards daily and analyze data to ensure that all delivery information is communicated smoothly and efficiently.
* Stock Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational figures to maintain a reasonable stock level.
* Allocation: Collaborate with country planners and delivery teams to allocate resources to the requested channels.
* Sample Delivery Fulfillment: Organize and monitor end-to-end sample device delivery.
* Other Assignments: Support the country delivery manager with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Able to start in our Madrid office in February2nd for 40 hours/week, for a period of 3 months.
* Proficient in Spanish and Chinese.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
* Responsible and has a proactive learning attitude.
* Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments, and levels. xohynlm
