Key Responsibilities
1. External Communication
You are responsible for executing and coordinating communication activities according to the marketing plan.
Online Communication:
•Maintain and update the company website (e.g., new product pages, news, insights)
•Support the creation and execution of email campaigns (newsletters, product launches, etc.)
•Assist in managing digital channels (LinkedIn)
•Monitor and report on digital performance (website traffic, email engagement, etc.)
Offline Communication:
•Support the creation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, booklets, letters)
•Design and layout using tools such as InDesign or similar software
•Coordinate printing and ensure quality of deliverables
•Ensure brand consistency across all materials
Events (e.g., national congresses):
•Coordinate the full organization of events in collaboration with stand builders, event organizers, and internal stakeholders
•Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
•Act as the single point of contact for all event-related matters
•Be present on site when needed
2. Internal Communication
•Ensure all marketing and sales materials are accessible, up-to-date, and shared with sales and product teams
•Share marketing activities and results during quarterly sales meetings
•Support the organization of internal events (sales meetings, kick-offs, team events)
•Facilitate communication between marketing and other departments
3. Operational & Administrative Support
•Provide day-to-day marketing support and assist with ad hoc operational tasks
•Support project management and follow-up of marketing initiatives
•Coordinate with external suppliers and agencies
•Maintain marketing databases and documentation
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or (Web) Design
•Young potential: a first relevant experience (internship or junior role) is a plus
•Hands-on, proactive, and flexible “all-rounder” mindset
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
•Creative with eye for detail and design
•Interest in the medical or healthcare industry, with willingness to learn and grow
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Fluent in Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and English
•Familiarity with tools such as Adobe InDesign, email marketing platforms, or CMS systems is a plus
