Your main purpose
* Define and implement the brand vision and strategic direction for Sports & Wellness across all resorts.
* Design and oversee signature sports, fitness, and wellbeing programs that enhance guest experience and brand value.
* Provide operational leadership to resort-based Sports & Wellness teams, ensuring safety, quality, and consistency.
* Develop and maintain brand standards, SOPs, and performance evaluation systems.
* Build high-performance teams through leadership development and training initiatives.
* Establish partnerships with premium wellness and sports brands to enrich the guest experience.
* Lead quality assurance programs and operational visits to monitor consistency and innovation.
* Lead openings, rebrandings, and transitions, ensuring full operational readiness.
What will you bring?
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Sports, Recreation, or Wellness management within premium resorts.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, Recreation, or a related field.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, KPI tracking systems, and fitness/sports scheduling software.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
* Strategic thinker with organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
