The Customer Account Manager, reporting to the Director of Global Service KAM, is responsible for developing and implementing service strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
You will work closely with all service areas, operations, sales, legal, and technical departments to develop strategies that drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote the company's services.
Key responsibilities include being the primary contact for clients, managing relationships, defining account strategies, reviewing client financials, leading high-level forums, mediating escalations, identifying sales opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
Your Profile
* Engineering Degree or similar
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* 10 years of experience in Service Operations
* Proficiency in English
* Proactive, team-oriented, humble, results-driven, resilient, responsible, organized, and empathetic
