We are looking for a Business Development Manager for Europe, North Africa & Turkey, to be based at our Head Office in Barcelona, who will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our hospitality portfolio across these regions. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for our brands and concepts across various segments, including hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, and nightclubs. This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, relationship building, negotiation, and project coordination to drive the expansion of the group and strengthen our presence in the regions.

Main responsibilitiesExpansion in Europe, North Africa & Turkey: Act as the representative of our group, strategically expanding our brand presence in the region through effective networking, participation in industry events, and engagement with local stakeholders.New Project Identification: Proactively scout and identify potential projects in the hospitality sector that align with our company's brands and concepts. This includes staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with investors, property owners, landlords, and other key stakeholders to understand their requirements, discuss opportunities, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships.Site Visits : Conduct thorough on-site assessments of potential properties to evaluate their suitability for our brands and concepts. Collaborate with the technical team to address any feasibility concerns.Pipeline Management: Maintain a detailed and up-to-date pipeline of potential projects, tracking progress at each stage and providing regular reports to the regional office and headquarters.Proposal Development : Lead the preparation of comprehensive proposals for each project opportunity. This includes developing feasibility plans, outlining key financial aspects, and presenting the proposed brand or concept with compelling visuals and narratives.Cross - functional Coordination : Collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, technical, legal, and finance to ensure seamless project execution. Facilitate effective communication and alignment between teams based at headquarters and regional offices.

Qualifications and requirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the field of hospitality in management level.Fluent in English and Spanish.Strong planning and budgetary skills.Excellent management, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Good business awarness including external markets and competitor positions.Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets, conduct financial analysis, and derive actionable insights for decision-making.Knowledge of the hospitality and real estate investment sectors, including key contract structures (e.g., management agreements, leases, franchise models) and market trends.
