Our client is a cruise company that, since ****, has been taking travelers to the impenetrable and breathtaking regions of one of the most remote and beautiful parts of the world in a way that simply cannot be replicated.
What will you do?
You day-to-day responsibilities include:
You will manage and maintain strategic business relationships with the company's key clients.
You will develop and implement customized strategies for each client to maximize the value of the business relationship.
You will identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within existing accounts.
You will negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients, ensuring mutual benefit.
You will work closely with internal departments (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and goal achievement.
You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the accounts and adjust strategies to improve results.
Who are we looking for?
You are the right person if:
You speak both Spanish and English at an advanced level (C1-C2).
You have 3 years of experience or more.
You are available for travelling.
You are a strong results orientation and attention to detail person.
You have the ability to work with CRM tools and account management systems.
What do we offer?
A permanent contract.
Your schedule will be from Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h.
