About the role

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the commercial and revenue strategy for our premium Flex Living platform. Your mission will be to maximize occupancy, optimize dynamic pricing, and drive scalable growth, ensuring high-level profitability while fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.

What you'll do

1. Commercial Strategy & Revenue

● Integral Roadmap: Define and execute the B2B and B2C sales strategy, ensuring full alignment with financial goals.

● Pricing Intelligence: Design dynamic pricing policies and optimize the distribution mix (Direct Sales, Corporate, OTAs, and Strategic Partners).

● Efficiency Metrics: Maximize LTV (Lifetime Value) and minimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).

● Destination Forecasting: Analyze demand, seasonality, and competition to design annual commercial plans and precise forecasts for each city.

2. B2B Development & Strategic Accounts (Top-Tier Clients)

● Portfolio Expansion: Spearhead the acquisition of major corporate agreements and strategic institutional partnerships.

● VIP Relationship Management: Act as the personal point of contact for high-profile clients, including Embassies, Multinationals, Production Companies, and Luxury Relocation Agencies.

● Key Account Structure: Design and oversee the Key Account Management model to ensure long-term loyalty.

3. International Expansion & Go-to-Market

● Market Entry: Play a lead role in the commercial launch of new cities and international territories.

● Demand Validation: Define entry strategies and adapt pricing models and commercial positioning to fit local market nuances.

4. Leadership, Technology & Accountability

● High-Performance Culture: Lead and mentor the Sales team, establishing clear KPIs and rigorous tracking systems.

● Digital Innovation: Partner closely with the IT / Product team to design and develop automated tools that professionalize and scale commercial operations.

● Cross-Functional Synergy: Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration with Property Management, Operations, Finance, and People & Culture.

● Strategic Reporting: Standardize and professionalize commercial reporting for Executive Leadership.

About you

● 7–12 years leading teams within premium hospitality, flex living, or serviced apartments.

● Proven track record of managing high-level corporate and institutional accounts.

● Deep experience in Revenue Management and dynamic pricing.

● Ability to act as a bridge between business needs and IT for process automation.

● Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
