What You’ll Do
Campaign Operations (60%)
Execute and coordinate creative and demand‐gen offline campaigns.
Ensure the sales team has everything they need (assets, tools, content) to close faster.
Keep everyone aligned and campaigns on track — no detail too small.
Events & Community (20%)
Run 2–3 major events per year that put Konvo on the map.
Coordinate monthly community meetups that connect and inspire eCommerce leaders.
Work closely with partners and clients to make each activation unforgettable.
Content & Brand Amplification (20%)
Turn campaigns and events into content that spreads — stories people want to share.
Support the creation of assets and materials that showcase what we’re building at Konvo.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or similar roles.
Proven track record coordinating and executing events or brand activations.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and external partners at once.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or other automation platforms (nice to have, not mandatory).
Understanding of campaign operations, timelines, and reporting basics.
