**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Within the department of Battery Technology & Investments, we combine technology, engineering and cross-functional skills for investment project execution excellence.
Environment, Health, Safety and Quality management is key for these activities:
- Fulfill the role of the Global Contract Manufacturing manager for Battery Materials as central point of CM information (i.a. data management, especially for contracts and performance evaluation).
- Support the BU and/or Operational Contract Manufacturing Manager for battery materials as needed.
- Manage existing contracts and contract manufacturing relationships (timing of expiration, continuity of supply, contract manufacturing costs, compliance).
- Build up and maintain contract manufacturing database for Battery Materials.
- Define specific or regional contract manufacturing processes and approved systems for Battery Materials in collaboration with all functions involved, especially in the business units.
- Manage project related tasks, partially with the ability to delegate, e.g., internal audit coordination, process development, quality topics, interface to technology, supply chain, etc.
- Establish a go-to point for quality management for battery materials and develop a quality management approach and expertise to sustain our Battery material standard.
- Educate and train the organization about processes, roles and responsibilities within contract manufacturing and quality management.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in natural sciences or technology
- Several years of professional experience in quality management and audit execution
- Expertise in quality management systems as well as well founded knowledge in the field of IATF 16949 (Automotive quality management)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
