This pivotal role focuses on driving the indirect RTM acceleration priorities in the Focus GSSP partners, in line with the indirect hyper-growth strategy within GSSPs.
This includes close collaboration with the GSSP and Corporate global and regional teams to facilitate the 100% indirect motion.
You will be instrumental in owning and contributing to a key workstream, which includes GTM Execution, Commercial Models, and rapid Partnership expansion.
In this context, but not limited to, you will: Own execution of indirect business for the top GSSPs – with a strong focus on Corporate.
Own and contribute to key indirect workstreams, including GTM execution, package creation, and commercial models.
Oversee strategic alignment and execution to ensure consistent rollout of partner strategies across local entities.
Drive alignment and planning with GSSP Global Partner Business Management (GPBM) and GPR Global Seller Partner Manager (GSPM).
Create Corporate business plans with partners, defining offerings and GTM initiatives.
Enable partners with tailored solution packages – to set them up for success.
Collaborate with Corporate Account Executives and in-country Seller Partner Managers to ensure integrated support for partner success.
Lead onboarding and activation of indirect partners in collaboration with SAP partner recruiting teams.
Work closely with SAP Partner Marketing and Partner Demand Management to support pipeline generation and deployment of development funds for Corporate.
Focus on solution areas such as ERP, BTP, and adopt solution management with partners.
Drive partner-led demand generation, enablement, and support for CV (commercial value).
Accelerate partner adoption and scale through best practices and market insights.
Monitor partner forecast and performance regularly.
Ensure partner alignment on sales engagement with Corporate indirect teams.
Support partner autonomy in sales execution and solution implementation.
Maintain feedback loops with partners and internal teams to optimise engagement.
Identify and address capability gaps across partner ecosystems.
Your profile: Min 10 years of working in the Channel business of SAP Partner Ecosystem Success Strong understanding of SAP partner ecosystem and indirect business models.
Proven experience in partner enablement, business development, and strategic planning.
Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across global and local entities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Experienced in managing global business rollouts of strategic sales and operational programs Deep knowledge of SAP and its strategy, preferably based on prior engagements or professional experience.
Strong network across SAP.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, effective across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated success in working in a matrix environment.
Strong presentation skills.
