Job Description:
The Proving Ground External Facility Team Leader is responsible for guaranteeing the functionality of External Facility “Les Planes” its equipment and attending to the needs of IDIADA clients and internal staff using the External Facility as well as the integral management of the sample warehouse located there. To guarantee that the facilities of External Facility are always in perfect condition and to ensure their control and maintenance.**Main duties**:**Les Planes Team Management**:- Coordinate the tasks of the team of staff assigned to the External Facility “Les Planes” and manage shifts and holidays so that there is always support for clients using the facility.- Ensure that the staff under charge are aware, trained and take the necessary precautionary measures to ensure their safety at work.**Samples Warehouse Management**:- Supervision of sample management of the warehouse, visual inspection, receipt of samples, inventory, sorting and storage of samples, and reparation of outbound expeditions.- Ensure that the samples are registered in the PAMPOL sample system, that they are delivered within the agreed time limits and without incident during the storage and transport process.**Proving Ground Client Workshops Management (Les Planes Workshops)**:- Supervise and ensure that the equipment at Les Planes are at all times the most appropriate for the needs of the clients and staff, keep the building and equipment in perfect condition.- Ensure personalized customer service at the Workshops located at Les Planes and maintain permanent contact with customers by visiting them in their workshop to get to know their needs and expectations first-hand in order to meet them and to consolidate their activity at IDIADA.- Guarantee that the demands of the clients assigned to the External Facility workshops are answered effectively and in the shortest possible time.- Detect and immediately report all incidents related to the equipment of the Workshops such as breakdowns, breaks, theft, etc. with the aim of solving them quickly and, where appropriate, invoicing replacement costs.- Collaborate and coordinate with the Proving Ground Client Services team to guarantee the correct execution of services required by the client.- Keep information permanently updated in the Proving Ground Management System (PGMS).**Education**:- Vocational training (FPII / CFGS) in automotive mechanics or logistics. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the experience gained will demonstrate a competency equivalent to the basic training required.**Experience**:- Team management experience.- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety.**Languages**:- Knowledge of foreign languages, at minimum English, in order to maintain a fluid communication with clients and suppliers.
