Remarketing Specialist
for a multinational leader in the automotive sector. This is a strategic role within the used car operations area, responsible for managing end-to-end processes related to vehicle repair, refurbishment, and preparation for resale.
This role plays a key part in optimizing operational processes, data analysis, and continuous improvement within an international and dynamic environment.
Role purpose
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing key remarketing processes, acting as a liaison between regional and local teams to ensure efficient execution of refurbishment operations and excellence across the end-to-end workflow.
Key responsibilities
Act as a process and cooperation partner for regional functions, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
Analyse benchmarking data and translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
Define and implement local improvement measures.
Coordinate complaint management processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Manage contract cancellation processes (transformation, conversion, and reverse transactions).
Analyse the Repair & Refurbishment process using KPIs and define action plans for improvement.
Ensure compliance with standard refurbishment business rules.
Manage purchase, approval, pricing alignment and budget control within the refurbishment process.
Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end used car process.

Candidate profile
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar
Experience in the premium automotive industry (Aftersales, Sales, Operations or Financial Services preferred)
Strong understanding of end-to-end used car processes
Experience in benchmarking, KPI analysis and process improvement
Experience in complaint management
Fluent English required (Spanish essential;
Portuguese is a plus)
Experience with project management tools (e.G. Jira, Confluence or similar)
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical, results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset
What we offer
Permanent contract (direct hire)
Salary range: €38,000 – €42,000 gross per year + bonus + benefits
