What You'll Do
* Lead cross-functional teams in solving clients’ most pressing challenges
* Synthesize insights and steer the team's analytical efforts to create impactful innovative client solutions, leveraging BCG’s proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and methodologies
* Engage and cultivate trust with high-level clients, shaping and delivering compelling data-driven narratives and vision-setting
* Balance hands-on guidance with empowering team autonomy by orchestrating end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality, and managing scope and timelines
* Champion professional growth within your team, fostering an inclusive culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback
* Actively contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building
What You'll Bring
* At least 7 years of work experience in top-tier companies or consulting firms. Prior or current consulting experience is required
* At least 2 years of demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple project demands
* Proven ability to build relationships and manage clients across different levels of seniority
* Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop transformative solutions
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross-functional teams
* Commitment to inclusivity, developing others and fostering an environment of mutual trust and respect
* Fluency in Spanish and English
