As Senior Manager of Supply Chain, your mission is to lead the end-to-end Last Mile 2MH operation, owning its strategy, cost efficiency, service quality, and team performance to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across the network.Responsibilities- Define and lead the Last Mile 2MH strategy: carrier mix, coverage by area and service model.- Ownership of the 2MH transport budget: forecast, monthly tracking and year-end closing.- Lead the strategic relationship with the 4PL: SLA negotiation, business reviews and escalation.- Negotiate and renew carrier contracts;
manage the carrier network across all UHs.- Supervise Maykel and the own technical teams delivering and installing 2MH products.- Coordinate with the UH Manager to align preparation capacity with delivery commitments.- Validate and approve all transport invoices and 4PL billing.- Monitor NPS and delivery KPIs;
lead root-cause analysis and improvement plans.- Ensure 4PL and carrier SLA compliance;
manage penalties with evidence.- Lead team development: set objectives, provide feedback and build long-term capability.- Drive continuous improvement across Last Mile 2MH operations and processes.Tu perfil- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration will be considered a plus.- Solid professional experience in last mile operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in complex and fast-moving environments.- Strong understanding of operational KPIs, cost control, and service quality management.- Advanced English level (spoken and written).- Strong proactive mindset.- High adaptability to change, thriving in fast-paced and evolving operational environments.- Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience managing 5 direct reports and leading cross‑functional collaboration.- Strong analytical and operational mindset, with a focus on cost, quality, and continuous improvement.- Ability to manage end-to-end operational performance while maintaining high standards of service and team engagement.Location: PintoDepartment: HQ - OthersEntry level: ManagersType of Employment: Tiempo CompletoWorking Hours: 40#J-18808-Ljbffr
