Responsabilities
Supports growth of the equity and franchised business of any brand operated within his/her region from AmRest portfolio. (Iberia)
Cooperating with and challenging internal stakeholders in order to continuously improve and re-design our development processes when necessary for new sites to minimize the time between sites identification and capex approval.
Ensures development opening process is followed for the locations starting from site selection to lease signing and that Amrest brands are represented in all trade zones designated.
Follows market-mapping strategies and site-specific sales forecasting tools and evaluations to ensure new builds being delivered on sales expectations.
Negotiates favorable rent mechanisms in the lease contracts in line with recommendations of capex committee and market trends.
Keeps good business relations with all landlords, developers and agents operating within specific region.
Support management of existing portfolio of brand assets when required.
