Our client, an innovative and rapidly expanding international company in the corporate travel industry, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to support their sales team. With a strong focus on sustainability and technology-driven services, this company helps businesses enhance their travel management through dynamic, forward-thinking solutions.
Tasks
1. Manage the initial part of the sales cycle.
2. Research and identify potential clients in the Benelux region to generate new business opportunities.
3. Conduct outbound sales activities (phone, email, and other channels) to engage potential clients across various roles (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers).
4. Assist in presenting the company's solutions to prospects, coordinating with senior sales team members to deliver product demos.
5. Support negotiations by preparing relevant materials and following up with prospects, ensuring smooth transitions through the sales funnel.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to track progress, gather feedback, and refine outbound strategies.
7. Work closely with senior sales executives, contributing to quarterly and annual sales targets and ensuring team success.
Requirements
1. Native level of Dutch.
2. Full professional proficiency in English.
3. Experience in a similar role.
4. Ability to take ownership of personal performance and outcomes.
5. Willingness to propose value-driven solutions and seek continuous improvement.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
7. Passionate about your work, goal-oriented, and always willing to go the extra mile.
8. Availability for a permanent contract.
9. Flexible working policy (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) with a central Barcelona location.
