**Mission**:
**Your responsibilities**:
- Improve existing products with a design to value approach.
- Responsible of performance, quality, validation and cost of improved products.
- Use SolidWorks to create 3D models and drawings.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct laboratory and field tests to validate designs.
- Creation and monitoring of schedules in collaboration with Program Manager Office.
- Creation and monitoring of quality KPIs, FMEA and DVT in collaboration with Quality Department.
- Technical support for industrialization activity.
**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following**:
- Master's degree in mechanical or industrial design engineering.
- Proved experience on plastic part design and plastics injection.
- 5+ years of experience in research and development departments.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and analysis.
- Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software.
- Knowledge of sealing and submerged or pressurized products is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Passion for excellence and end-user focus about usability and ergonomics.
