Responsibilities:
-Overseeing stock control in good out warehouse, processing orders, deliveries programs loading, customer deliveries
-EDI daily correct integration
-Customer claims coordination, evaluation, answering.
-Keeping stock control systems up-to-date and planning future finished good requirements
-Ensuring quality, delivery and customer satisfaction are met (Q1)
-Liaising with third parties to move goods (by road, rail, air or sea) in accordance with customer requirements (shipments, confirmations…)
-Arranging transport for urgent and high-value freight and managing costs (customers)
-Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily and monthly basis, managing processes (ISO TS)
-Logistics protocol for customers
-Providing logistics and supply chain management solutions
-Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness, security of the work environment and 4 stock principles (VPS) in Warehouses
-Sales forecast preparation
Qualifications:
University Degree or Technical School Degree
Automotive logistics experience minimum 2 years.
Customer portals and communication systems.
Spanish and English, a third European language would be appreciated (French or German)
