An/a Chief Engineer ILS / Product Integrity, with at least 10years of experience.
Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.

Requirements:
Highly valued: Master’s degree insystems engineering or specialized training in Reliability/Safety is considered an asset.
≥10 years working in ILS, Product Integrity, RAM/L, Safety, or Maintenance within defense or aerospace systems.
≥3 years leading teams as ILS Lead, RAMS Manager, Safety Lead, Product Integrity Manager, or similar.
Direct experience with ASD/AIA S‑Series standards, RAMS, and Safety frameworks.
What will your responsibilities be?
Ensure
consistency between technical design, maintainability, and customer/regulatory requirements.
Define criteria
for system integrity, reliability, maintainability, and supportability.
Validate that project technical decisions
do not compromise safety, availability, or operational costs.
Compliance with International Standards
likeS3000L – Logistic Support Analysis (LSA),S1000D – Technical Publication, S2000M – Spares Management,S4000P – Preventive Maintenance,DEF STAN 00‑600, MIL‑STD‑1388, MIL‑STD‑1629.
Supervise Reliability (R), Availability (A), Maintainability (M), and Testability (T) analyses.
Validate FMEA/FMECA, Fault Trees, RBD, Weibull analyses, LORA studies, and LCC assessments.
Establish RAM objectives
and ensure they are met.
Safety Management, Certification, and Regulatory Compliance.
Technical Interface with Stakeholders.
Continuous Innovation and Lifecycle Improvement.
