We're hiring: Event Marketing Executive (3–5 years) | Barcelona
Rota Exhibitions Spain is growing, and we're looking for an Event Marketing Executive to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing and communication campaigns for our B2B trade shows .
About us
We are ROTA SA, an international exhibition organizing company with offices in Spain, Türkiye and Greece. We organize trade shows, conferences and events, and we own / manage exhibition venues (Athens-Greece): ATHENS METROPOLITAN EXPO.
What you'll do
You'll design and deliver 360° integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns—on time, on brand and measured with clear KPIs—working closely with CRM & Content, plus agencies and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
* Design and execute the event marketing & communication plan (targets, channels, timelines, budget tracking)
* Coordinate campaigns across website, email marketing, social media, paid media, PR support and marketing materials
* Drive lead generation & audience growth with CRM (segmentation, nurture flows, conversion tracking)
* Coordinate agencies, designers, media partners and suppliers (quality, deadlines, deliverables)
* Activate co-marketing with trade media, media partners and industry associations
* Track performance with Google Analytics and dashboards, turning insights into optimisations
* Support content planning and production (briefings, copy, landing pages, assets)
* Ensure message consistency and propose new formats/tools to improve reach & ROI
* Support internal follow-ups and project status meetings
What we're looking for
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communication / Advertising / PR (or similar)
* 3–5 years working experience in event marketing / B2B marketing / communications (trade shows a plus)
* Strong execution across digital channels: email, social, web, paid media, content
* Performance xugodme mindset: KPIs, reporting, tracking basics (UTMs, conversion goals )
* Excellent organisation and stakeholder management
* English & Spanish mandatory (Catalan is a big plus)
