As Energy Sales Manager, you will partner with industrial players and corporations in Southern Europe, understanding their energy needs and providing carbon-free energy solutions to enable sustainable and competitive operations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer origination and relationships for energy (power and gas) sales.Coordinate with brokers, advisors, and marketplace platforms.Develop market intelligence, assess customer needs, and identify opportunities.Lead cross-functional teams in defining and structuring energy products.Respond to RFPs and obtain quotations.Negotiate Power / Biomethane Purchase Agreements (PPA/BPA) and Framework Agreements.Prepare and negotiate PPAs/BPAs to closure.Coordinate derivatives registration on EMIR / REMIT.Report on sales operations KPIs.Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales operations within commodities or finance sectors.Deep knowledge of energy and derivatives markets such as MIBEL, MIBGAS, OMIP, EEX.Experience in preparing reports and executive presentations.Basic understanding of financial or commodities trading.Strong commercial, written, and verbal communication skills.Analytical skills and experience with financial models.Fluent in English;
