We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market coverage, and build strong, long‑term customer relationships in the Bilbao area.
Responsibilities
Cluster development: Strategically develop your territory and expand Arrive’s market presence.
Sales cycle management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold prospecting to contract negotiation and successful closing.
Relationship management: Act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure high satisfaction through excellent account management.
Solution presentation: Present and demonstrate our products and services convincingly to decision‑makers.
Implementation & upselling: Support the implementation phase and proactively identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
CRM & administration: Keep our CRM systems (Salesforce) up to date and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities.
Travel & Location
This role involves frequent travel to meet customers in person (approximately 60 % of the working time, typically 3 days per week). The remaining time is adaptable for preparation and follow‑up, either remotely or in coordination with your manager. Location: Bilbao, Spain and North Areas.
Qualifications
Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar, with at least eight years in key account management or related roles. Experience in parking management, smart city, or tech environments is a plus.
Product knowledge: Experience selling complex services such as SaaS and a strong understanding of payment solutions and relevant technologies. Experience with P&D; systems or mobile apps is a strong plus.
Sales skills: Confident in negotiations, results‑driven, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Communication: Communicate clearly, persuasively, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Collaboration: Experience collaborating with large corporations or public entities (such as municipalities) is a plus but not required.
Personality: Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Technical skills: Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce) and the Google Suite. xhfqzwm
