About the CompanyWe are a leading company in the power equipment sector, dedicated to providing innovative solutions and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.About the RoleThis role focuses on formulating international market strategies, managing client relationships, and developing new markets to drive sales growth and ensure the successful execution of projects.ResponsibilitiesMarket Strategy & Planning:Conduct in-depth international market research to analyze the macroeconomy, power energy policies, industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in global target markets (e.G., Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, Americas).Identify and assess potential market opportunities and risks, providing a decision-making basis for the company's entry into or expansion within specific international markets.Formulate annual and long-term international market development plans, sales targets, and budgets.Client Development & Relationship Management:Proactively seek out and develop new overseas clients, including but not limited to: national power companies, EPC contractors, large industrial enterprises, distributors, and OEM partners.Establish and maintain long-term, stable strategic cooperative relationships with key clients, industry design institutes, and relevant government agencies.Lead client negotiations, including technical clarifications, commercial term discussions, and contract signing, ensuring project profitability and compliance.Technical Support & Sales:Possess a deep understanding of the company's transformer products' technical features, application scenarios, and competitive advantages;
capable of delivering professional product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients.Work closely with the internal technical team to prepare customized technical proposals, tender documents, and project proposals based on client requirements (e.G., voltage level, capacity, standard certifications).Execute international market expansion activities and secure order contracts.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in international market development/sales within the transformer, power equipment, or heavy industry sector, with a record of successful projects and a stable client base.Professional Knowledge: Familiar with transformer product knowledge, fundamentals of power systems, and the international transmission and distribution market. Understanding of international tender processes and trade terms.Required SkillsLanguage Skills: Excellent command of English (spoken and written), sufficient for use as a working language.
