Mercurio is the authorised distributor for a line of cutting-edge aesthetic medicine serums, including the innovative sodium DNA and peptide-based formula, which provides exceptional results in skin regeneration. Already successfully introduced in the UK, Italy, and other European markets, the product is now being launched in Spain. We are seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to drive this entry.
Role Summary
This is a market launch position for Spain. The Sales Manager will be responsible for introducing and expanding the brand’s presence across the country, focusing on dermatology clinics, aesthetic doctors, beauty salons, and selected pharmacy chains. You must bring a strong network of relevant contacts and a track record of consultative B2B selling in the beauty or medical aesthetics sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Launch and grow sales of the serum line in the Spanish market.
* Identify and onboard new clients across aesthetic clinics, beauty professionals, and pharmacies.
* Leverage your own network to quickly open key doors.
* Deliver product presentations and demos, both in-person and virtually.
* Monitor customer feedback and market insights to guide marketing and support strategies.
* Represent Mercurio at industry events, conferences, and product showcases.
* Track sales metrics and deliver regular pipeline updates.
Candidate Profile
* Strong network in the medical aesthetics, dermatology, or professional beauty industry in Spain.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, account management, or business development .
* Experience with aesthetic medicine, dermatological skincare, or medical visits is desirable.
* Confident and engaging communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Native or fluent Spanish; professional English for internal communication.
* Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
* Willing to travel within Spain to meet clients (primarily in-person sales).
