Experteer Overview In this On-Trade Commercial role at Bacardi, you will help grow our brands in the proximity channel and drive profitable market share. You work closely with cross-functional teams to implement country IAP programs, activate brands at the point of purchase, and negotiate for distribution and visibility. Your focus is on growing the premium portfolio and innovations while protecting the core business. - Implement the Commercial plan to meet country IAP commitments for On-Trade customers
- Negotiate at the point of sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets
- Activate brands using the Picture of Success framework to influence purchase decisions
- Identify opportunities and guide strategies to maximize Bacardi's On-Trade performance in your region
- Contribute to delivering two objectives: EFO and the new model
- Drive profitable growth and value creation in partnerships with customersResponsabilidades
- Demonstrable track record in Commercial roles, with field sales experience preferred
- Affinity with On-Trade, Events, or Promotions
- Ability to organize work independently and effectively
