Be the strategic partner and provide high-quality health economic and outcomes research analyses and associated activities in evidence generation; synthesize and adapt other data as required to build the value propositions of Edwards's products; support the generation and processing of new data to answer specific questions generated by the Business Units teams. Develop HEOR strategies and managing projects for multiple products as part of the Public Affairs Team. Location is adaptable, Catalonia is preferred. 
**Key Responsibilities**: 
Maintain and strengthen a network of stakeholders with regional health care department, agencies and 
payers in the assigned regions. Map stakeholders & expand network to reach those that currently are 
not in company work plan. 
Engage with Regional authorities to ensure successful implementation of market access and 
procurement strategies, from evidence submissions to advocacy activities, adapting European value 
propositions to local requirements 
Support the implementation and lead the execution of innovative health economics strategies, value assessment tools and economic evaluations of new technology 
Perform constant monitoring about the changes in the health policy and funding environment and conditions for the Edwards Lifesciences portfolio. 
Work in close cooperation with Business Units in delivering Edwards value proposition at Regional, local and hospital level, with the engagement and the interaction with all relevant clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. 
Develop and support a comprehensive understanding of the external access policy and decision-maker environment and issues which influence how Edwards Business Units operate in selected regional markets. 
**Other incidental duties**: Be available to support ad hoc analysis requests from members of the market access team 
**Required Skills**: 
Excellent track record in working in Regional Access Managers positions. 
Self-motivated, result oriented, problem solver with strong ownership and leadership skills. 
Proven successful project management skills. 
Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power Point systems. 
Strong communication and influencing skills, able to work in a matrix environment and to work with governmental officials. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, English and in any of Catalan/Valencian/Balearic languages. 
Ability to build good relationships with KOLs (medical, health-economists, other) and Healthcare related authorities. 
Expert understanding of related aspects of pricing & reimbursement processes. 
Expert understanding of local healthcare system and political environment. 
Capacity to deliver impactful communications through a balanced analytical and creative approach to complex technical matters 
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization 
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced, matrixed multicultural environment 
Ability to take leadership on projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and cross functional teams 
Ability to consult in project implementation within the Market Access team 
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control 
**Education and Experience**: 
Bachelor's Degree in in related field, 10 years experience of previous related experience Required or 
Master's Degree or equivalent in in related field, 8 years years experience of previous related experience Required and 
Experience in health economics Required 
Medical education and health economic training background Preferred
