Stores Commercial Executive
En orden de prioridades las principales responsabilidades/resultados del puesto incluyendo indicadores fundamental. Estos deberán ser de manera clara responsabilidades del TITULAR.
Alcanzar las metas comerciales propuestas por la organización sobre venta, monetización de base y penetraciones de productos estratégicos definidos para el canal.
Negociar con los clientes actuales y potenciales para traer a Tigo el mayor valor posible con ventas nuevas y renovaciones.
Atender a los clientes y gestionar las diferentes necesidades que tengan con respecto a los productos que ya tienen con nosotros.
Manejar herramientas necesarias para el monitoreo de visitas, generación de ventas, renovaciones, realización de gestiones de atención al cliente, escalamiento a otras áreas, entre otros.
Cumplir con los estándares definidos a fin de asegurar la excelencia operacional.
Brindar a los clientes “la mejor experiência” en la atención entregada.
Cumplir con las reglas y políticas establecidas por Tigo El Salvador para los procesos comerciales y de gestión definidos.
Retroalimentar sobre las principales motivaciones, objeciones, competencia y necesidades que los clientes comuniquen, con el objetivo de mejorar nuestros productos, procesos y estándares
Ejecutar las diferentes iniciativas comerciales definidas para incrementar el estilo de vida digital en nuestros clientes
