Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or a closely related discipline.
Strong interest in systems engineering, safety engineering, process management, and project management. Familiarity with method development and model‐driven engineering is a plus.
Familiarity with systems engineering tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, DOORS, Python, C, C++, Java, or similar), and experience with simulation and modeling software is a strong plus.
Enthusiastic about technology consulting and actively contributing to advancements in system development.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems, develop innovative solutions, and work effectively in fast‐paced project environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
Experience working in cross‐functional and international teams; able to adapt quickly to new industries, technologies, and project requirements.
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
Willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements and collaborate with international teams.
