Role Summary:
As the Regional Key Account Director, you will serve as the senior commercial lead and strategic partner for our most critical beauty brand accounts (including prestige, masstige, and fast-growing indie brands). You will be responsible for driving business growth, developing long-range joint business plans, and managing regional pricing, contract negotiations, and P&L; outcomes. You will act as the key bridge between local brand requirements and our highly responsive, back-end engineering teams in Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Growth: Develop and execute regional account strategies to hit and exceed yearly revenue and profitability goals. Identify and close high-value business opportunities within the skincare, makeup, and fragrance sectors.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for key retail and brand stakeholders, presenting tailored packaging innovations and custom tool proposals with financial and technical rigor.
- Commercial & Margin Strategy: Own and execute joint business plans, master service agreements (MSAs), and pricing/discount matrices, ensuring strong gross-to-net margin protection and working capital optimization.
- Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Partner closely with internal project development, design, and manufacturing teams in China to ensure custom molds and bespoke packages are delivered on time and to exact specifications.
