Job Description Summary
As part of our Global Customer Service (GCS) department, the Stock Management Analyst provides administrative support to the GCS field and depot-based teams, interacting with local technician teams to maintain spare parts inventory, order and supply necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
Job Description Main Responsibilities
* Inventory Management: Monitor and reconcile stock across multiple storage points (car stock, consignment stock, depot, third-party inventory) ensuring real‑time accuracy.
* Reporting & Planning: Generate stock management reports and develop action plans to address discrepancies and gaps.
* Coordination & Compliance: Oversee stock movements, returns, and ensure contract alignment.
* Error Management: Identify and resolve discrepancies and errors to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Financial Reporting: Support financial reporting related to spare parts transactions, such as movements and backorders.
* Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams including Customer Service, Regional Service Managers, Finance, and Master Data.
* System Administration: Manage and support systems like ServiceMax, SAP, and LOTS.
* Daily Operations: Handle all stock and service‑related activities, including replenishments, stock counts, and inventory adjustments.
* Business Continuity: Ensure smooth operations within the GCS CS organization through backup structures and additional support.
* Communication & Coordination: Maintain clear and concise communication with partners, senior managers, field service engineers, and regional service managers. Log and raise customer service issues as needed.
About You
* Experience in logistics processes is a valuable asset.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and Power BI is desirable.
* Strong communication skills with individuals from different countries and departments.
* Advanced proficiency in English.
Salary range: €31,800.00 – €50,850.00 EUR Annual.
