Position: Digital Marketing Graduate

About Us: Join our dynamic team and collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to shape and implement the global digital strategy for Benetton and Shakira perfumes. You'll be instrumental in helping local market teams launch top-tier campaigns.
Your Mission: Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to craft and execute cutting-edge digital strategies in LATAM. Your creativity and drive will help bring our brands to new heights!
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
* Coordinate with internal departments (Product & Marketing Development, Communication, Operational Marketing, Local markets) to ensure timely delivery of essential materials for digital marketing campaigns.
* Brief agencies to develop creative assets and launch books for new products and key seasonal campaigns (XMAS, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc.) in line with our global strategy.
* Participate in team brainstorms and assist in photo & video content productions.
Digital Assets:
* Manage a variety of digital assets and copywriting tasks across main digital channels: e-tailers, paid media, own website, newsletters and organic social media.
* Ensure correct uploading and tagging of assets on our internal platform (DAM, XNET) and support local teams in accessing these resources.
Social media:
* Be the key element in the Social Media acceleration for both brands, with a strong focus on TikTok trends, content creators and native digital content productions.
* Brief and oversee specialized agency for monthly content planning on Instagram and TikTok.
* Act as a mediator between the brand and local market teams to ensure a localized approach to content strategy.
* Collaborate and coordinate with the communication team to feature top influencer content on our social media platforms.
Email Marketing:
* Lead the execution of the email marketing plan, including content storytelling, setting up creatives in the CMS, briefing developers for send-outs, and analyzing results.
* Manage the internal data-catching tool and customize landing pages for specific campaign needs.

Requirements:
* Experience: 2-3 years in Digital Marketing Department and Content Development (HQ / Market / Agency)
Education: Degree in Marketing & Business, Digital, Advertising, or Communications.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish, good level of English
Skills:
* Strong project management skills is a must (agency / HQ brand side is a big plus)
* Highly organized, agile and able to multitask
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
* Eye for design and creativity, interest in beauty industry
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint
* Experience with Social Media content creation (TikTok would be a big plus)
* Experience with email marketing and/or website CMS tools
