From an early stage you will ensure that the opportunity follows correct process and is developed with a strong win strategy, coordinating input from the team to develop a compelling, winning proposal to meet the customers timescales.
Tasks and Qualifications :
Principal Accountabilities
* Support Sales to reach the targets in term of new orders
* Analyze and consolidate data received from Customer
* Elaborate a conceptual solution based on data analysis
* Translate the conceptual solution into a lay-out
* Deliver the budgetary offer based on the lay-out
* Deliver a detailed costing based on the offers collected both from internal and external suppliers
* Delivery of execution planning -agreed with Project Management
* Ensure the acceptance procedure will be part of commercial proposal agreed with System Integration Manager
* Working with Simulation team to deliver a proper simulation
* Delivery of technical part of commercial proposal based on Customer requirements
* Attending to the technical meeting with the Customer
Knowledge & Experience Required
* Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
* Highly motivated and able to motivate a team
* Use of Autocad / Sketch Up / Maestro / Rendering package
* Capacity to analyze customer data and operations requirements
* Experience developing suitable material handling solutions (desired)
* Experience doing presentations
