***Position Snapshot**:- Location: Málaga, Spain- Company: Nestlé S.A. - Infant Nutrition- Full-time**Position Summary**:Develop and implement territory plans in line with overall and regional strategy to leverage Nestlé Infant Nutrition sales and market share.**A day in the life of...**:- Support pharmacy personnel by running scientific and commercial training sessions ensuring correct technical/ commercial knowledge of Infant Nutrition category and highlighting competitive advantages of our products and services.- Engage pharmacists into our Optifarma program (Nestlé program): selling story, ensure optimal assortment, implement shelf organization, negotiate events, implementation of promotions, online/ digital activation, etc.- Prospect and capture new high potential pharmacies in order to ensure we manage the most relevant pharmacies of the territory.- Liaise with Medical Delegates and Health Care Professional Engagement Regional Development in order to leverage territory plan execution.- Supervise Order To Cash process for direct or indirect orders by ensuring alignment across all key contacts (customer, customer service, B2B coordinator, local wholesalers warehouses, etc)- Ensure compliance of the assigned budget.- Represent Nestlé in local scientific events and in local pharmacy organizations (eg. Colegio Oficial de Farmacéuticos).- Track and report all relevant activity in the territory (Nestlé, competition and beyond Infant Nutrition category).**What will make you successful**:- Academic degree in a scientific area is a plus- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy field sales experience- Fluent in Spanish.- Fluent in English will a plus- Residence in Málaga- Digital knowledge (user level)
