JOB FUNCTION: Based in Barcelona, the KAM will be responsible for leading and developing local strategic customer relationships to grow Takeda's business within compliance and legal requirements.
ACCOUNTABILITIES: Accountabilities and responsibilities will be applicable according to TA products LCM.
* Therapy & Product Liaison: Deliver strategy and tactics within key accounts, including product knowledge, detailing to prescribers, and negotiating sales terms with hospital pharmacies.
* Conduct scientific meetings with customers to convey product importance.
* Operate in compliance with legal and marketing strategies.
* Participate in congresses, meetings, and trainings.
* Act as an ambassador for the Takeda brand, its vision, and values, ensuring patient focus.
* Deep understanding of area and products, including knowledge of strategy, positioning, and competitors.
* Continuously expand knowledge and address gaps proactively.
* Understand the impact of Takeda’s drugs on patients from diagnosis to ongoing treatment.
* Employ creative thinking to meet client needs and maximize value.
* Account Management: Formulate key account plans, build trustful relationships, and maximize performance.
* Coordinate with supply chain for product availability.
* Support market access efforts to gain product access.
* Develop local insights and shape marketing strategies.
* Participate in marketing strategy and account plan formulation and execution.
* Commercial Excellence: Manage accounts, analyze sales and competitors, and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Track KPIs and performance metrics.
* Report activities and progress regularly.
* Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships with external partners, serve as a communication hub, and coordinate resources within Takeda to respond to client needs.
* Develop unbiased partnerships with clients, focusing on their best interests.
* Engage collaboratively with internal teams to ensure comprehensive support.
