Laboratorios Indas we are looking for a person in charge of managing purchase orders, according to consumption forecasts and current stocks.
Your specific functions and tasks will be:
- Management of materials procurement.
- Procurement of raw materials: purchase orders, follow-up, incident resolution.
- Procurement of goods: purchase orders, follow-up, incident resolution.
Inventory management.
Optimization of raw materials and merchandise inventories through purchase order management.
Coordination of new product launches and modifications.
Report stocks and manage orders in coordination with other departments to avoid obsolescence.
Requirements:
- Formal academic training: higher degree of vocational training or university studies (FP International Trade or ADE).
- Non-regulated training: Warehouse and Inventory Management.
- Languages: English - B2
- Experience between 1 year and 3 years in similar position.
- Experience in handling SAP modules MM “Material Management” and PP “Production Planning”
- Specific knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory Management.
- Advanced Excel level.
