Radisson Hotel Group, one ofthe most dynamic hotel companies in the world is looking for a trainee for theCreative Service Desk, a department under Brand & Guest ExperienceCorporate Department.

The job:
The Creative Service DeskTrainee supports all the team members with their daily project management tasks.This means the trainee will support and be involved in projects on Global, EMEA(Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and APAC (Asia, Pacific) levels. Thedifferent areas within the team work together to ensure that the departmentsgoals are reached and continuously improved. The Creative Service Deskdepartment is a key stakeholder within RHG, that works with all stakeholders ata corporate, regional and hotel levels, ensuring that all offline and onlinepresence of RHG is on brand, relevant to the market needs and updated.
To support the team, the trainee will beinvolved in a variety of tasks, such as marketing campaigns production andlaunch, loyalty campaigns production and launch as well as other projects thatcomes from areas and hotels directly.
Key responsibilities:
· Support the Creative Service Desk department.
· Work closely especially with the Marketing Project manager andLoyalty Project manager to ensure development of assets, copy, quality ofoutcomes for our B2C and loyalty campaigns.
· Manage meetings with a variety of stakeholders, responsible forthe agenda, minute-taking, follow-up and for ensuring delivery dates are met.
A successful trainee has:
· To be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for theinternship
· Is fluent in English, both verbal and written
· Proficiency in English and good communication skills
· Microsoft Office expert user (Excel and PPT)
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong project management abilities: capable of prioritizing andhandling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints andwithin budget parameters.
· Flexible, proactive, can-do attitude
· Team player with a global mindset, able to work with a varietyof different stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Customer oriented
· Autonomy and high feeling of responsibility
