Mission

Learn how to identify ideal candidates for our company culture, creating an exceptional candidate experience while understanding all internal processes crucial for successful selection and onboarding, ensuring new team members feel valued and integrated quickly.

Functions

Talent Management:

* Manage the selection process, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, administering psychometric tests, and conducting interviews, possibly overseeing a group of interns.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
* Define job vacancies in collaboration with Hiring Managers.
* Utilize various tools and methodologies for personnel selection, such as Applicant Tracking Systems, Agile Selection System, and psychometric tests.
* Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, considering both professional and emotional aspects to help new hires feel part of the team.
* Collaborate on projects related to training, internal communication, and corporate wellbeing.
* Share insights and contribute ideas to the People & Organization team to support collective decision-making.
* Participate in revitalizing internal communication platforms like Engage with relevant content.

Personnel Administration:

* Learn to manage hiring processes and register employees in the HRIS system.
* Maintain and update the corporate database accurately.
* Manage and monitor agreements with universities and other educational partners.
