We are currently recruiting for a faculty position with academic development responsibilities across two strategic programmes: the Bachelor in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) and the Bachelor in Business and Technology.
We are looking for someone with:
* A PhD in a relevant field, preferably.
* Bilingual or near-native English.
* International academic and professional outlook.
* University teaching experience.
* Preferably, professional experience in business, entrepreneurship, institutions, consulting or industry.
* Knowledge of the European Higher Education Area and academic quality frameworks, including Fundación Madri+d processes.
* A strong commitment to teaching in the fields of business and technology, as some of the most relevant and in-demand areas for the future of higher education and employment.
* The ambition to help develop and grow innovative bachelor’s degrees in an increasingly competitive international market.
The role includes:
* Teaching undergraduate courses.
* Contributing to curriculum development and programme enhancement.
* Mentoring students.
* Supporting academic coordination and programme visibility.
* Helping strengthen the international positioning and attractiveness of the degrees.
