Your challenge
You will contribute to and work on one key strategic objective: the commercial growth of Sensorfact. Currently, we serve over 1800 customers. Your role will focus on expanding our client portfolio and revenue.
You will achieve this by:
1. Forecasting, reporting, and meeting demand generation and revenue targets;
2. Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and managing your team;
3. Collaborating with sales leadership for targeted training and development;
4. Motivating the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship;
5. Providing insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.
Who are you
This role is perfect if you meet the following criteria:
* At least 5 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams;
* Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment with short sales cycles;
* Experience using and optimizing CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other sales tools;
* (Near) native Spanish speaker with business proficiency in English;
* High energy, willingness to learn, and a self-starter attitude; valuing drive and honesty;
* Enjoys working in a scale-up environment and contributing to company growth;
* Works well in a team but takes full ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

We offer a flexible contract (24-40 hours/week), pension contributions, 27 holidays, and €500 for home office setup/improvement.
