In your role as Industrialization Manager for our medmix industry products segment / site you will oversee the industrialization process of new products, automation projects, and relocations, ensuring their efficient integration into production. Your team of dedicated experts in process and industrialization engineering will support you achieving your goals.

Responsibilities

Lead industrialization projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination across different departmentsPlan and manage investments in molds, automation, and other high‐value assets to improve efficiency and achieve production targetsAnalyze current and future capacities of the machines and propose modifications of them to be effective and efficientSearch and implement improvements in machines and processes to make them more efficient, as automation technologiesSupervise the design, development, and implementation of new molds, ensuring compliance with production requirements and quality standardsManage the acquisition and integration of plastic injection molding and automatic machines into the production process, ensuring correct installation and performanceValidate new products, molds, and materials according to required standardsSelect engineering suppliers and support negotiations and conflict managementKeep all documentation updated (flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plans, SOPs) according to the latest processesLead and develop a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production EngineeringExtensive experience in manufacturing and industrialization processes in injection moldingExperience in automatic assembly projects, line relocations, new molds, new machines, and automation technologiesProven record of first leadership experience managing midsized teamsExperience with LCM, material changes, and validations.Proficiency in executing IQ/OQ processes.Working knowledge with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SAP, Six Sigma and in Lean ManagementA project management certificate could be an advantageFluency in English and Spanish medmix is an equal opportunity employer, committed to the strength of a diverse workforce.
