About the role
Your mission as a Customer Trade Marketing Manager is to act as the bridge between marketing strategy and sales execution, ensuring that brand plans are effectively translated into impactful trade activities across all customer touchpoints.
Position Objective
Translate FMCG brand strategy into tailored plans for the Top Customers in Spain .
Analyze and manage the 4Ps for each client.
Develop customized business plans including assortment, displays, pricing and promotions.
Partner with KAMs to ensure sustainable growth across accounts.
Responsibilities
Adapt brand strategy to client‐specific needs.
Analyze, design and optimise product assortment for every customer.
Design and implement effective promotional campaigns.
Coordinate in‐store displays and trade materials.
Build tailored business plans per client.
Track performance and KPIs for each account.
Work closely with KAMs on daily account management.
Identify growth opportunities within each client.
Experience we're looking for
5 years of experience in same role or similar.
Previous experience in FMCG/Pharma companies will be valuable.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
MS Office, PPTX, Excel and Power BI.
Results‐driven, ability to work autonomously and within a team collaboration spirit.
Customer‐centric mindset.
