About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic channel sales specialist to drive education sales targets and year‑over‑year growth via channel partner network in the assigned region.

Responsibilities
* Achieve the education sales targets and year‑over‑year growth via channel partner network in the assigned region.
* Hunt, develop and maintain a quality network of channel partners comprising technical distribution or education solution companies.
* Onboard, activate, motivate and manage channel partners.
* Develop partners to maximize their potential.
* Influence and develop annual partner Dobot strategy and business plans.
* Manage and support channel partner pipeline.
* Regularly review partner business performance and conduct root‑cause analysis on poor performances to apply corrective measures.
* Manage distribution contract negotiations and signing.
* Conduct sales training for channel partner sales teams.
* Participate in outreach events such as exhibitions, road shows, seminars, and speaking opportunities.
* Help establish processes necessary to support business growth and reach targets.
* Provide market intelligence and conduct sales forecasting and reporting.
What we look for
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with customers and colleagues.
* More than one year of experience in establishing, developing, and managing an education channel partner network in a B‑to‑B sales environment.
* Proven track record of achieving education sales targets via channel partner network.
* Proven track record in penetrating new markets and growing sales and market share exponentially.
* Preferably from the education workforce development or embodied intelligence industries.
* Excellent communicator, skilled at cross‑departmental collaboration across regions and cross‑cultural understanding.
* Ability to present value propositions convincingly to customers.
* Strong teamwork and self‑directed, results‑driven mindset.
* Deep understanding of solution‑sales business and working with channel partners.
* Capability to balance hunting new opportunities and farming existing customers and partners.
* Strategic thinker able to operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels.
